Payments
When purchasing online using your credit card, all of your information is entered into a SSL secure web page. Your information is then SSL-encrypted and sent directly to PayPal or another credit card processing service, where your transaction is authorized and approved.
Payment processors do not share your credit card information with us.
We accept all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX). We do also accept payments via Apple Pay, Google Pay and PayPal. Personal checks, money orders, direct bank transfers or cash on delivery are not accepted.
All transactions are being processed in USD. If your credit card is in another currency, your order will be processed in accordance with the daily exchange rate.
Placing an order
Immediately after placing an order you should receive an email notification at the email you entered during the checkout process confirming your order information.
Orders will be processed within 1-2 business days after payment has been made.
We reserve the right at any time to accept or decline the order, or any portion thereof, at our sole discretion, even after the customer receives an order confirmation email or after the credit card has been charged.
If the credit card has already been charged for the purchase amount and the order is canceled, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.
Yes, definitely! During the checkout process you are able to enter any shipping address and specify a different billing address.
Cancellations are only accepted within 60 minutes after an order is placed. If you have to cancel your order for any reason reach out to us within the given time frame.
Our fulfillment teams take great pride in moving orders through processing quickly to get our customers what they've ordered as soon as possible so cancellations are time sensitive.
If your order has already left our warehouse and is on its way to you or is staged for processing at the carrier's facility - it can not be cancelled.
If you would like to add items to your existing order, please place an additional order. We do not store your credit card information and cannot process changes made after the order is placed.
Shipping
We offer FREE delivery to United States on any order size (no minimum requirements).
Once your order is processed and dispatched, depending on your address, estimated delivery time is between 3 to 5 business days. Please consider any holidays that might impact delivery times.

As soon as you get the tracking number after a shipment confirmation, fill it in on Track Your Order page and click on track button. You will immediately see where your package is at the moment and which stages your delivery has already gone through.
For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. But no worries! If your order is confirmed lost in transit by the shipping carrier, we can issue a full refund or ship a replacement free of charge.
We may ask for your help before doing that, like confirming your shipping address is correct. It would also be good to double check with your local post office to try locating the lost package.
No worries - slight delays in shipment may occur due to, for instance, upcoming or current holidays that are not working days of post and delivery services.
